RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. Before placing an order, please refer to our size guide for each product or contact us at priorities.shop@gmail.com if you have any sizing queries.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 working days from the date of arrival.
Condition of Items: All returned items must be unworn, in 100% resaleable condition, and in their original packaging.
Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please email us at priorities.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the sender.
Return Shipping Costs: As a small business, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. However, if your return is due to a defect or a wrong item sent, please inform us, and we will reimburse the return shipping costs.
Refund Process: Upon receipt and acceptance of the return in our office, we will initiate a refund within fourteen days through the same payment method used for the purchase.

- Complete the returns form below, print it, and include it inside the return package along with the product you are sending back.
